Each strap comes with its own metal adapters and fits your watch straight from the box. A resizing tool is included to adjust the links at home.

Yes, in the right size. Small fits 38, 40 and 41mm cases and the 42mm Series 10-12. Large fits 44, 45, 46 and 49mm cases (Ultra) and the 42mm Series 1-3. Not sure? Tap "Will it fit my watch?" next to the sizes.
