Shipping time (United Kingdom):
6 to 8 business days, from Monday to Friday.

Change of Delivery Address:

Once an order is in transit, we are no longer able to change the delivery address.
If an address change is required, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@amaliadario.com.

Cancellation Policy and Address Errors:

Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been prepared for shipment. We recommend submitting your request within 24 hours of purchase.
Once the item has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for any refund request.

We strongly encourage you to carefully verify your delivery address before completing your order. Any address correction will only be possible if the order is still being processed.
AmaliaDario cannot be held responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged Parcels in Transit:

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we advise you to refuse delivery and immediately inform our customer service.
If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact us at support@amaliadario.com and provide photos of the product and its packaging.
