Change of Delivery Address:
Once an order is in transit, we are no longer able to change the delivery address.

Cancellation Policy and Address Errors:
Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been prepared for shipment. We recommend submitting your request within 24 hours of purchase.

Damaged Parcels in Transit:
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we advise you to refuse delivery and immediately inform our customer service.
If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact us at support@amaliadario.com and provide photos of the product and its packaging.
