Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel to request a return.
Once this period has passed, return requests can no longer be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be unused and unworn.

It must include all original tags and packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  • Email us at support@amaliadario.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  • You will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) confirming approval of your request.
  • Once approved, we will send you the return address along with detailed return instructions by email.

Please note: return requests submitted during weekends are processed on the next working day.

Restocking Fees

There is no restocking fee

Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions apply in the following cases:

  • The item received is defective.
  • An incorrect item was sent.

In these situations, AmaliaDario will cover the return shipping costs.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address along with detailed return instructions by email.

Returned parcels remain under your responsibility until they are received and processed by our team.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure secure delivery and proof of return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@amaliadario.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

Only items damaged or defective upon delivery are eligible for exchange.

To confirm the issue occurred prior to delivery, we may request a photo of the product in its original packaging, showing the shipping label clearly.

If an exchange is necessary, please email support@amaliadario.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days (Monday–Friday).
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the refund.
